I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Herbert's passing. I had the privilege of working with Herbert, and I am thankful for the time I spent with him. I will always remember his kind nature and how happy he was. Even in the difficult times, Herbert was someone that raised the spirits of everyone around him.

I offer my sincere condolences to Herbert's family in this time of sorrow.
